During Pregnancy

Congratulations, you found out that you’re pregnant! You took the first steps and made your doctor appointment, but it won’t be for another couple weeks. You are starting to feel nauseous, don’t know what you can or can’t eat, and so much more. We’ll I’m here to tell you this does not come easy, but I can share what worked for me.

Morning Sickness – Salted crackers did not work for me. I tried having them before getting out of bed, multiple at a time… but nothing. Couldn’t get close to eggs either. But what did work was other types of protein. My husband used to make fun of me for my obsession with bacon slices.
